Grate PR, Grate Creative and Great Results

With only a handful of restaurants specializing in craft mac and cheese nationally, the opening of Roaring Fork Restaurant Group’s Grate, a first-of-its-kind in the Milwaukee area, was a story that deserved attention.

Working with Roaring Fork, ZG’s efforts were phased to coincide with two key events: the initial announcement and the restaurant’s grand opening. The first part, which included a landing page and a significant PR push, garnered 36 total media hits worth an estimated value of $32,800.

The completion of the full Grate website further fleshed out the restaurant’s story with a menu and interactive map, while an additional PR push helped make the restaurant launch a success with more than 40 additional stories and an audience reach of nearly 1.5 million. Roaring Fork saw a whopping 638% return on investment for PR and media outreach.
