Zizzo Group Doubling Down on Milwaukee’s Hottest Neighborhoods
We are honored and thrilled for the opportunity to expand our footprint with the acquisition of the historic former Brass Light Gallery property in the Walker’s Point neighborhood, just blocks away from our current office. We will open our new state-of-the-art space in early 2022.
This is the final phase of the rollout of our engagement marketing platform with plans for organic growth and scaling through the acquisition of complimentary digital marketing firms.
Much like when we acquired our current building in 2013, the Walker’s Point area development is in full swing, and we’ll be hugged by many new, exciting additions to the neighborhood: a new boutique Marriott Hotel with rooftop bar is opening in late 2022 one block north on the river; the walkable access to all of the South Second Street bars, distilleries and restaurants; and the likely extension of the Milwaukee HOP almost to our front door.
As for our existing corner, we are devising a plan to bring additional amenities to the Third Ward. Stay tuned – more exciting things to come!
